What the organization is trying to become, what leadership is optimizing for, and which constraints define the next stage.
Discovery Studio turns the real organization—its goals, workflows, people, systems, decisions, data, exceptions, and risks—into a map leadership can inspect and act on.
Building against the symptom produces expensive software and fragile change. Discovery establishes what is true first.
A reporting problem may actually be an ownership problem. A slow workflow may be carrying an undocumented compliance rule. A revenue leak may begin with weak verification rather than weak billing. An AI request may reveal that the underlying process has never been made explicit.
What the organization is trying to become, what leadership is optimizing for, and which constraints define the next stage.
How work enters, moves, changes hands, receives approval, creates value, and reaches completion.
Who knows what, who decides what, where accountability is explicit, and where the business depends on informal intervention.
Which tools hold the work, what data moves between them, where records disagree, and what cannot currently be observed.
What must always happen, what must never happen, what requires approval, and what evidence must exist afterward.
What the organization must become able to do reliably in order to reach the desired outcome.
Each stage produces an artifact the next stage depends on.
Define the outcome, decision, or constraint Discovery must resolve.
Review systems, artifacts, data, and the real work with the people who operate it.
Connect workflows, roles, systems, policies, decisions, dependencies, and gaps.
Identify root constraints and missing capabilities, then test them against evidence.
Rank interventions and define what should happen next, who must own it, and how success will be verified.
The engagement is deliberately bounded. The price reflects the reality being mapped.
Discovery engagements start at $3,000 for a focused workflow or small organization. Multi-department, regulated, or technically complex environments are scoped after an initial fit review.
If the recommended capability proceeds into a qualifying installation engagement within 30 days, the Discovery fee may be credited toward implementation as stated in the proposal.
Discovery requires a named sponsor, access to the people who operate the work, honest disclosure of the systems and workarounds currently in use, and timely decisions when competing interpretations need resolution.
The map cannot protect the business from information it was never allowed to see.
Send the constraint, the people affected, the systems involved, and what a meaningful outcome would change. We will determine whether Discovery Studio is the right entrance.
