DiscoveryServicesHow We WorkPlatformSolutionsInsightsDocsStart with the Map

The operating infrastructure behind the work.

ProxyScout's platform helps us preserve what Discovery learns, translate business requirements into governed systems, observe what gets deployed, and leave the client with more than a recommendation deck.

01 · THE WHOLE SYSTEM

EXOS holds the operating model.

EXOS brings needs, capabilities, workflows, decisions, responsibilities, agents, approvals, and organizational context into one governed environment. During an engagement, it becomes the place where the business map turns into coordinated execution.

Governed Operating Environment

EXOS

Holds the needs, decisions, workflows, responsibilities, agents, and operating memory of the engagement — inside one governed environment.

02 · THE INFRASTRUCTURE

Proprietary leverage, applied where the engagement needs it.

03 · WHAT THE CLIENT SHOULD EXPECT

You do not need to assemble the stack yourself.

ProxyScout selects and configures the appropriate platform components based on the capability being installed. Client agreements define platform access, deployment mode, data ownership, support, and continuity after the engagement.

Some components may become broadly self-service over time. Until they are mature enough to support safely, they remain consulting-enabled, preview, or design-partner offerings.

START WITH THE BUSINESS

The platform is not the first decision.

Start with the outcome, constraint, and capability gap. We will determine what part of the platform belongs in the solution — if any.
