See the system before the sales call

The fastest way to lose a technical buyer is to make them book a call to learn something they could have estimated themselves. Public diagnostics flip that: trust starts before the conversation does.

The problem with gated estimates

Most AI infrastructure is sold by promising cost savings and then revealing the math only after a sales process. The buyer is asked to trust a number they can't check. For a senior engineer or a cost-conscious operator, that's a reason to disengage, not to lean in.

Run the diagnostic first

The Token Velocity & Cost Projector lets anyone estimate token burn, daily throughput, and a projected monthly bill — with a clear risk band — in the browser, with no account. It won't be exact, and it says so. But it turns "trust us" into "here's roughly where this breaks," which is a far better place to start.

Why it changes the conversation

  • The buyer arrives already oriented — they've seen the shape of the cost, not just the pitch.
  • The hard conversation (scale risk, model tiering, governance) happens earlier, when it's cheap.
  • Restraint reads as confidence: a tool that's honest about its assumptions signals a vendor that will be too.

It's the same posture as publishing real documentation: show the system before the sales call, and the sales call gets shorter.
